Today, marine sectors will experience decreasing cloud cover with seas consistently holding at 3–4 feet. Wind conditions in the Northern Waters and VA Capes will start with a North to Northwest flow at 15–20 knots before diminishing to 5–10 knots later in the day, with late gusts up to 15 knots expected around the capes. NC Waters will see a more variable transition, shifting from Southwest winds at 10–15 knots to a brief North to Northwest surge at 15–20 knots by late morning, before settling into a lighter Northeast flow at 5–10 knots. Tomorrow brings partly cloudy skies and calmer seas between 2–3 feet across all zones, with Northeast winds shifting Easterly and remaining largely under 15 knots.
