Strong Winds This Afternoon Into Tonight

Strong westerly winds develop this afternoon into tonight. The strongest winds with gusts to 60 mph will be over western and parts of north central North Dakota, with gusts to 55 possible over much of central and eastern North Dakota. In addition, near critical fire weather conditions expected across the southwest.
