Happy Halloween! Another beautiful Fall day is on tap, though it will be about 15 degrees cooler than yesterday. Morning gusty winds along the immediate coast will subside by mid-day giving way to pleasant conditions for any outdoor festivities. It will be an ideal evening for trick or treating, but temperatures will drop quickly into the 50s after sunset. Also, a REMINDER: clocks "fall back" one hour tonight at 2am as Daylight Saving Time ends. This is a great time to change the batteries in your smoke alarm and NOAA Weather Radio!
