Severe Storm Outlook Through 9 PM: Numerous storms will rapidly develop along a southeastward moving cold front in southeast Kansas. These storms will drift to the east/southeast through 9 PM. The strongest storms may produce wind gusts of 60 to 70 mph, large hail half-dollar size, and locally heavy rain in southeast Kansas.
