Fire Weather Zone 204 Eastern Panhandle/Crescent Lake NWR, Fire Weather Zone 206 Sandhills/Valentine NWR/Nebraska National Forest, Fire Weather Zone 208 Niobrara Valley/Fort Niobrara NWR/Samuel R McKelvie National Forest and Fire Weather Zone 209 Loup Rivers Basin.
Timing
Noon CDT/11 AM MDT through 9 PM CDT/8 PM MDT.
Winds
Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
Relative Humidity
As low as 8 to 12% across much of the Sandhills and western Nebraska, and 12 to 20% across central into north central Nebraska.
Temperatures
Highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s.

Hot, dry conditions will remain the tune for most of the week. A Red Flag Warning will go into effect Monday from Noon through 9 PM CDT, as unseasonably warm temperatures will combine with low humidity and gusty winds to create critical fire weather conditions. Under these parameters, any fire ignitions will likely spread rapidly and become difficult to control.
