Low temperatures around 30 in sheltered valleys will allow for frost development tonight. Open, flatter terrain west of the foothills will be slightly warmer, but still may have frost. Taller ridges should remain well above freezing and can expect little or no frost.

The Frost Advisory is for portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Kentucky.

The Frost Advisory is from 11 PM EDT tonight to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
