Low temperatures around 30 in sheltered valleys will allow for frost development tonight. Open, flatter terrain west of the foothills will be slightly warmer, but still may have frost. Taller ridges should remain well above freezing and can expect little or no frost.

Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Kentucky.

From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.

Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left unprotected.
