Low temperatures around 30 in sheltered valleys will allow for frost development tonight. Open, flatter terrain west of the foothills will be slightly warmer, but still may have frost. Taller ridges should remain well above freezing and can expect little or no frost.

A dry cold front will move through region overnight with a band of clouds clouds followed by a reinforcing shot of colder air. This will allow temperatures to fall into the mid to upper 30s by around sunrise Monday. As a result, patchy frost will be possible, especially in low-lying, sheltered locales.
