Created by the NWS Green Bay WFO

Expect periods of heavy rain and storms beginning late this afternoon across the north, continuing at most locations through Tuesday morning. Greatest risk for excessive rainfall will be across portions of central to far northeast Wisconsin, though the rain should fall over an extended period of time. Localized amounts of 2 to 3" will be possible in these areas, especially where higher rainfall rates occur within storms.
