Impacts Possible from Heavy Rain Early Week

Wet times are ahead after a small break from the widespread rain threat tonight and much of Sunday. A stronger storm system will move into the Plains early next week and bring widespread rains to the area, especially from later Sunday through at least Tuesday. High probabilities exist for most areas to see at least an inch of rain, with moderate chances for at least 2 inches north of I-90, especially across South Dakota. Severe weather chances remain low at this time. Continue to monitor the latest forecast for the most up to date information and use the time through Sunday to make sure your home is prepared for the rainfall.
