Active Weather Continues Tomorrow
Created by the NWS Jackson WFO
After tonight's river valley fog develops, our attention turns towards a weakening line of storms approaching from the N/NW tomorrow morning. The cold front responsible for that activity should spark additional showers/storms in #KYwx tomorrow afternoon. There will be enough instability for storms in SE KY to strengthen, but the lack of wind shear will limit storms' longevity and organization. The strongest cells could still produce locally damaging wind gusts and torrential rainfall, but a widespread severe weather outbreak is not anticipated tomorrow. Quiet weather briefly returns on Saturday, but rain chances spread back across the entire forecast area on Sunday.
