Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bureau, Hancock, Henderson, Henry IL, McDonough, Mercer, Putnam, Rock Island, Warren and Whiteside, Iowa, including the following areas, Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Henry IA, Iowa, Jefferson, Johnson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren and Washington, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas, Clark and Scotland.

Impacts
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
Additional Details
- Several rounds of heavy rain producing thunderstorms will be seen across the watch area. Storms may redevelop over the same areas resulting torrential rainfall and possibly several inches of rain.

If a Flood Warning is issued, it means that dangerous flooding is expected or already happening.
- Never walk, swim, or drive through flood waters or flooded roads.
- Stay away from areas where water levels can rise rapidly, like storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
If your home is likely to flood, or if authorities tell you to evacuate, do so immediately and move to higher ground.
