Portions of central and west central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, De Witt, Logan, Marshall, Mason, McLean, Menard, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford. In west central Illinois, Cass, Fulton, Knox and Schuyler.

Impacts
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
