For the Wind Advisory, winds are beginning to weaken and will go light over the next couple of hours. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures between 28 and 32 degrees expected.

Shoshone/Lava Beds, Arco/Mud Lake Desert, Lower Snake River Plain, and Upper Snake River Plain.

When

From 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Thursday.

Impacts

Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
