A persistent trough is forecast to stay across the eastern CONUS over much of this week. As it does so, multiple shortwaves will reinforce it, with a cold front forecast to pass by midweek. Isolated to scattered showers and storms are expected ahead of this on Tues/Wed. Behind the front - some "drier" air is expected!
