Friday will begin with continued dry weather with mostly clear skies across the panhandle. Cloud cover will then begin to move in over the north and central panhandle ahead of a front, which is expected to push into the NE Gulf coastline near Yakutat Friday night. This front will begin a pattern change for the area back to rainy and warmer weather for the weekend as it pushes through Saturday night into Sunday, with rain expected to last into the start of next week.
