Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details
- At 251 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen since midnight. Nevertheless, around 2 to 4 inches fell before midnight and it has not stop raining. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
What to do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
