Flooding caused by standing water in roads along Rio Culebrinas.

Impacts
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
Additional Details
- At 652 PM AST, emergency managers indicated that roads PR-418, and PR-115 along Rio Culebrinas in Aguada remain with slow moving or standing water. PR-418 is completely impassable and remains closed. PR-115 is only partially transitable with km 26.1 to 26.3 remaining closed. PR-439 on the other hand is now reported as transitable. - This advisory will remain in place while the threat continues, and may be upgraded to a warning, if conditions warrant. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
What to do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
