A line of thunderstorms moves into southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa Thursday evening and continues into western Wisconsin during the overnight. The primary threat with this line will be damaging winds. As a result, a slight risk (level 2 out of 5) for severe has been issued for areas along and west of the Mississippi River.
