Clear skies and weak northeasterly flow late tonight may cause isolated frost in our northeastern counties, specifically in river valleys that may dip into the low to mid 30s before sunrise. Probabilities are low (<20%) but still poses a low end threat to protect sensitive vegetation in these isolated areas.
