Relative humidity is forecast to fall to 25 to 30 percent across northeast Georgia this afternoon. While winds are expected to be light, the low humidity combined with very dry vegetation will result in an elevated threat for the rapid spread of wildfire across the area, especially this afternoon.

Confidence on frost development is lower across the northern North Carolina Piedmont as dry air may limit frost formation.
